This is a part-time casual role for someone comfortable learning quickly, working across disciplines, and contributing to practical projects with real clients and internal teams.

Landscaping Services

Landscaper

Help bring custom North Shore outdoor spaces to life, from lush perennial garden installations and fine estate care to natural stonework, pathways, and patios.

What You Will Do

  • Plant perennials, shrubs, trees, prepare and amend soil beds, and spread quality bark mulch.
  • Assist with hardscape projects, including dry-stacked local rock walls, stone patios, gravel paths, and garden borders.
  • Perform fine garden maintenance, careful pruning, precise weeding, site cleanup, and yard restoration.
  • Safely use hand and power landscape tools, transport materials, and keep job sites tidy, safe, and professional.

What We Are Looking For

  • Enjoys outdoor physical work in varying Pacific Northwest weather conditions (ability to lift materials and navigate sloped terrain).
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctual habits, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Students and motivated beginners welcome. High school graduation is not required.
  • No prior landscaping experience required — thorough on-the-job training and guidance provided.
